These terms govern your use of Dodol ("the Service"), operated by AtomWav Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our"). By using Dodol, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What Dodol Does

Dodol is an AI-powered tool that scans your website and generates landing pages for your products and services. It handles page creation, hosting, A/B testing, and performance optimization automatically.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dodol to:

  • Create pages for illegal products or services.
  • Publish misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
  • Distribute malware or harmful code.
  • Infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without permission.
  • Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your Content

You own the content on your website and any data you provide to Dodol. By using the Service, you grant us permission to scan your website and use the extracted content solely to generate and host landing pages on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content, images, or trademarks that appear on your website and generated landing pages.

Intellectual Property

Dodol, its design, code, AI models, and branding are owned by AtomWav Sdn Bhd. Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of any part of Dodol to you.

The landing pages generated for you are yours. You may use, modify, and distribute them as you see fit.

Payment and Billing

The Service is currently offered free of charge during our beta period. Pricing and billing terms will be communicated before any charges apply.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Dodol available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will do our best to minimize downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Dodol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
  • The accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
  • Actions taken by third-party services we integrate with.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your landing pages will be unpublished and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the product. Your continued use of Dodol after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
